Next week – Łódź

April 8, 2011 by Lois Britton 1 Comment

Next week, Ed will be working for a few days at an air base near Łódź  (pronounced Woodge) in the center of Poland.  We have tickets for their symphony and will see what else this city has to offer.  I’ll be exploring  by myself during the day, but that’s OK.  Even having lunch on my own is alright, as long as I have something to read.

An accountant by trade and a food blogger since 2009, Lois Britton fell in love with Polish cuisine during the years she lived in Poznań, Poland. As the creator of PolishHousewife.com,  she loves connecting readers with traditional Polish recipes.
