|Truffle Gouda from Whole Foods – pricey, but worth it!|
While I was in Tempe, Lauren made her favorite sandwich for me – a grilled cheese made with truffle gouda. To add to the truffle flavor, she used a truffle oil to brown the bread. A different spin on the old classic – very tasty!
