Heavenly Cake Bakers – Individual PIneapple Upside-down Cakes

September 26, 2011 by Lois Britton 4 Comments

The Heavenly Cake Bakers are making the Individual Pineapple Upside-down Cakes this week.  I’ve already made this cake.  I had hoped to do a catch-up cake, but I’m a little under the weather, so no new  cake today.

🙁

I hope you feel better soon, Lois! Take care and take it easy. I had made the pineapple cakes before too, so I baked the Apple-Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake instead. Yum!

    Hi Lois,
It’s about time I say Hello to my dear Tucson friend—whose posts and recipes and pictures and travelogue I am enjoying immensely! You are such a talent, Lois. So good to get your news, and if you are still under the weather, get well soon! Love,
    Alice Bostrom
PS Are you ever coming back here? (Hope so)
