I spent yesterday morning with the kitchen staff at Sweet Surrender. It was time for our second cake workshop. We tackled fondant and modeling chocolate. In spite of my less than perfect fondant making, these ladies created beautiful cakes.
I’m still a novice with fondant and this was the first time I’ve tried modeling chocolate, so they were very good sports to experiment with me. It was a fun morning and their cakes are the cutest things!
