Up for grabs, ladies and gentlemen, a beautiful Emile Henry Lasagna Dish in Azur Blue!
The dish measures 15 x 10.1 inches and holds 3.8 quarts.  Emile Henry products are made in the province of Burgundy, France, where the local clay is ideally suited for bakeware.  It evenly and slowly diffuses heat so food cooks more evenly.  This dish can go directly from the freezer to the oven; it’s also microwave and broiler safe up to 500 degrees.

    Hi Lois,
I’ve been following your blog, but I’ve never posted a comment before. I’d love to win the lasagna dish! The Azur Blue roasting dish or the 3 qt casserole dish with lid would also be a nice addition to my cookware.

Since I don’t often make lasagna, I would most likely use this dish for the times that I make either Buttermilk Chicken or Chicken Napa Valley.

I think this is also a great spot to thank you for the wonderful meringue/almond & chocolate torte!

    Lois-
First time visitor but now a follower.
We’d spoken briefly before of your love of cooking and baking, but who knew? This, my friend is a different level indeed.

I too love to cook bt since my stroke left me with but one functioning hand, I fear my chopping and extensive prep work days are beind me.

Besides Lasagna, I would like prepare a guy food dish- something unnamed and hearty. A little of this and a bit of that, likely starting with a nice piece of fish.

from the cookare.com site I favored the Calphalon CS nonstick 12″ griddle nto which I would concoct some form of egg based creation for after church. Ah,more guy food.

What a great giveaway! I visited cookware.com, and I would love a Le Creuset skillet. I am bad about using my cookware until it’s passed its prime! My scrambled eggs are screaming to be made in a new skillet!
