Dzień Kobiet Cupcake (Women’s Day, Valentine’s Day)

March 8, 2012 by Lois Britton 3 Comments

I saw this on The Lone Baker and wanted to try it; it seemed to be the perfect special to offer at Sweet Surrender on Women’s Day in Poland. I used small cookie (actually fondant) cutters to make heart shapes from stroopwafel and inserted a toothpick through the centers.

Hanaâ – I first had them after my daughter visited a college friend from Amsterdam. He said stroopwafel was the most traditional Gift to bring back from the Netherlands.

    Heli – thanks!
