Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/3 ounce brandy (2 teaspoons or 2/3 tablespoon)
- 3 – 4 ounces champagne
- orange peel
- maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Splash the bitters onto the sugar cube, drop in champage glass
- Add brandy
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with orange and cherry
