Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (125 g)
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients until smooth
- Form into a cylinder and roll in parchment, chill
- Or pipe into stars on a parchment covered baking tray for individual servings, chill
- Bring to room temperature (or close) before serving for easy spreading
