Ingredients

- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Water, if needed
Instructions
- Add hazelnuts and garlic to a food processor or blender, process until almost smooth
- Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar and blend until well combined
- If too thick, thin with a few drops of water
