A boozy little treat
Ingredients
- cake, crumbled
- rum
- sugar
Instructions
- Stir enough rum into the crumbled cake to make it stick together with a thick, batter-like texture
- I used 1/2 c. rum with one layer of a 9 inch round cake
- Roll a spoonful of the mixture between your palms to shape into a ball
- Finish it off by rolling in sugar
- I kept these loosely covered on my counter, and I thought the texture was just right after 2 or 3 days
- (Faithy mentions that you can also keep them uncovered in the fridge to dry them out a bit.), you could do this with any cake flavor
