A super healthy, 3 ingredient pancake, with no added sugar and gluten-free!
- 3 eggs
- 1 banana
- 5 tablespoons rolled oats
- pinch salt
- Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender
- (Maggi’s recipe doesn’t call for salt, but I think a pinch brightens other flavors)
- Pour onto a hot, greased griddle or frying pan
- Turn when the bubbles around the edge begin to pop
I’ve written the recipe as it was given to me. I only had two large eggs when I made this and my bananas were small, so I used two. It’s forgiving; they were perfect!
