Peanut Butter Balls

A low carb, gluten free treat



  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (350 g)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temp (125 g)
  • 6 tablespoon vanilla whey powder sweetened with stevia (gluten-free) (90 g)
  • black sesame seeds
  • roasted peanuts, chopped


  1. Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, and whey powder
  2. Roll into balls, 3/4 inch (20 mm) in diameter, chilling the dough for 30 – 60 minutes will make it easier to work with
  3. Roll the balls in the sesame seeds and chopped peanuts, I used a 2:1 ratio
  4. Keep refrigerated.
