A low carb, gluten free treat
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (350 g)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temp (125 g)
- 6 tablespoon vanilla whey powder sweetened with stevia (gluten-free) (90 g)
- black sesame seeds
- roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, and whey powder
- Roll into balls, 3/4 inch (20 mm) in diameter, chilling the dough for 30 – 60 minutes will make it easier to work with
- Roll the balls in the sesame seeds and chopped peanuts, I used a 2:1 ratio
- Keep refrigerated.
