A sweet and spicy hot toddy mix
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound (500 g) brown sugar
- 1/4 pound (125 g) butter
- pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 rounded teaspoon) cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 rounded teaspoon) nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 rounded teaspoon) cloves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to use
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of batter with a shot rum to a mug, fill with 6 ounces of boiling water
- Stir well
