Description

A sweet and spicy hot toddy mix


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound (500 g) brown sugar
  • 1/4 pound (125 g) butter
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 rounded teaspoon) cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 rounded teaspoon) nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 rounded teaspoon) cloves


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to use
  3. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of batter with a shot rum to a mug, fill with 6 ounces of boiling water
  4. Stir well
