Baked BiaƂa KieƂbasa for Easter

BiaƂy KieƂbasa is traditional for Easter. Sometimes it is the sausage served with BiaƂy Barszcz. Sometimes it's Baked BiaƂy KieƂbasa as I've prepared it here.
