I’m delighted to tell you my pickles from last week actually soured, just like they were supposed to. They became part of this weeks soup, and may also make an appearance with beef tenderloin next week.
|Sour Cucumber Soup – lucky me, rather than making a long shopping list of veg, I could just buy the soup bundle in my local produce section. It sounds crazy, but we really liked the tart flavor the pickles and brine add to this soup.|
